It's Monday-Set Those Weekly Goals

What are your goals for this week?
Write them down and keep them in a place where you can see them. Read them over each morning, at lunch, when you get home from work, and before you go to bed. Post them to Facebook and Twitter. Let people know what you are going to do! Smash these goals. Kill each of them!
My goals are to get to the gym every day, Tuesday to Saturday.  Run at least 25 miles and swim at least one mile total. How will I get there? I will run six miles each morning before work. I will swim 1/4 at least four times this week. I just incorporated swimming to my routine. I am starting slowly, because I want to make this a workout habit. What's a workout habit, you ask? I'll share more about that later. One thing I will share with you now, if you want to be successful at any fitness change, you have to make it a habit.You need to make it part of your routine.

Become a Goal Killer! Conquer them and cross them off the list.You can do it!

Have a great week. I will write up a little bio about me so you know about my background. I am not an fitness expert or guru.  I am a man who is trying to live a better, healthier life.  I still fall off my plan every so often.  However, I learned how to get back up and keep going. I hope that I can share my experiences with you and help you get to your goal be it losing ten pounds or running a marathon. If it's completing a marathon, I can help you hit that goal.
